LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Columbus, Indiana, man is facing child molesting and child pornography charges.Â
Andrew Case, 38, was arrested Tuesday, April 29, after a months-long investigation, according to a news release from Indiana State Police.
Detectives with ISP's Crimes Against Children unit was given a tip that Case had child pornography in his possession. While serving a search warrant at Case's home, police found information that alleged Case was molesting a child and producing child porn.Â
Case is charged with child molesting, production and possession of child pornography and sexual misconduct with a minor, all of which are felonies.
He is being held at the Bartholomew County Jail in Indiana.
