LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Authorities identified the victims of a double shooting at the Douglas Park apartments in south Louisville on Monday.
According to the Jefferson County Coroner's Office, 55-year-old Miguel Ricardo and 17-year-old Giovanni Rodriguez were killed.
Yunior Rodriguez Ricardo was arraigned Tuesday after Louisville Metro Police investigators said he admitted he shot and killed his father, Ricardo, and his son, Rodriguez.
A translator was used Tuesday morning in court to enter a plea of not guilty for him. And due to a statement he made in court, Rodriguez Ricardo was ordered to undergo mental health evaluation at Louisville Metro Corrections.
He's charged with murder, tampering with evidence and other charges.
