Louisville Water spokesperson Kelley Dearing Smith said some customers experienced a brief service interruption when the main first broke, but there was no long-term impact.
The break has caused minor traffic issues, so drivers should try to avoid the area. There's no word yet on how long it will take to complete the repairs.
