Second Changes was home to "Justin Beaver" who reached celebrity status at the animal rescue before unexpectedly dying last year.
Tickets are $15 and all the money raised will be used to help the center's wildlife rescue and education programs. The class is intended for ages 16 and up.
The shower will also raise funds to support the center's rescue and rehabilitation program.
Major has been living at the Second Chances Wildlife Center ever since his home was bulldozed about seven years ago.
The cage is 18 feet wide and 8 feet high to give the bats room to fly around.
In a Facebook post, the center said it is not prepared for a possible power outage, which would mean losing heat.
