LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Women from across central Kentucky — including a state representative — are coming forward after discovering their personal images were posted to a pornographic website without consent.
Zackery Robinson, 29, has been arrested and charged with 27 counts of stalking following an investigation that began after multiple women said they were horrified to find their private or non-sexual photos uploaded to the site. Victims span communities including Shepherdsville, Elizabethtown, and Leitchfield.
Kayla Hornback was one of the first to speak out. She said she received screenshots Sunday night showing her images — including pictures from her birthday, Halloween, and a best-friend photo shoot — uploaded without her knowledge.
“It’s still very fresh to me and very overwhelming,” Hornback said. “I was absolutely mortified, disgusted, upset, angry — just why? Why would you even do that to a complete stranger and have the audacity to think it’s okay?”
What she found when she visited the site herself was even more disturbing.
“Instant regret,” she said. “There was a lot of what looked like very, very young girls… a lot of [explicit images], there were people from church in there. It looked like he was taking pictures of women without them even knowing.”
Some victims estimate there were more than 18,000 images, spanning nearly 500 pages, of women and girls from throughout the region.
Another woman, Kiley Milliner, said some of her content from her OnlyFans account — dating back to 2020 — was reposted without permission. She said Robinson was one of her subscribers.
“His comments on this site are absolutely degrading and dehumanizing to women,” Milliner said. “It’s normalizing rape culture.”
While she’s used to public scrutiny, Milliner said this incident crossed a line.
“I got some tough skin, but this one was hard on me,” she said. “They’re seeing their teachers, their representatives, their neighbors, their church members — and then they’re seeing me in all my glory next to maternity pictures or wedding photos. These are my neighbors.”
Among the victims was State Rep. Samara Heavrin (R-District 18), who confirmed one of her photos appeared on the site.
“I’m heartbroken for the women that this happened to,” Heavrin said. “And I want to make sure it doesn’t happen to other women.”
Heavrin said while Kentucky has a revenge porn law prohibiting the distribution of sexually explicit images without consent, there are still legal gray areas. She plans to work with other lawmakers to close those loopholes.
“There are predators and monsters everywhere,” Hornback said. “They’re going to take pictures that aren’t even sexual and turn them into something disgusting — and that’s exactly what he did.”
The Grayson County Attorney's Office is urging anyone who believes their image may be on the site to come forward. The office reports being inundated with calls in recent days.
Robinson is being held in the Grayson County Jail on a $500,000 bond, and in court Wednesday a judge kept his bond at that same amount.
Wednesday he was additionally charged with promoting a minor (under 16) in a sex performance, distribution of matter portraying sex performance by a minor under 12, possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor under 12 and tampering with physical evidence.
