LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man wanted in connection to a fight with a man who died in eastern Kentucky has been arrested.
Kentucky State Police said Michael Colley, 41, had been arrested sometime Monday evening.
Police had been looking for Colley after he was reportedly in a fight on Sunday with Patrick Shepherd, 53.Â
It happened in the McDowell community, which is in Floyd County, Kentucky. Shepherd died at the scene, police said, but his cause of death is still under investigation.
KSP said Colley fled the scene of the incident before first responders arrived and he was not located during a search of the area.
Monday, investigators said Colley should be considered "armed and dangerous" as they continued to search for him.
It's not clear where Colley was arrested, but the Floyd County Sheriff's Department shared two photos of his arrest on Facebook, showing him being walked out of a residence.Â
KSP said Colley will be booked at the Floyd County Detention Center, but his charges are unclear at this time.
