LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Inspectors with Louisville's health department are heading back to the Kroger on Goss Avenue after customers saw a mouse inside the store.

The sighting was the latest string of mice complaints at the Kroger stores in Louisville.

The city's health department said it saw an improvement at the La Grange Road, Holiday Manor and Brownsboro Road Springhurst locations after there were investigations.

Last week, a an inspector found mouse droppings and a dead mouse in a trap at the Westport Road Kroger as well as holes in the walls in the back stock room that needed to be sealed.

Kroger has said it is continuing to work with the health department to resolve the issues. Health inspectors said they've received about 200 complaints about Louisville grocery stores, and about 60 of those were from Kroger stores. Health inspectors said about 20 of those complaints were rodent issues.
